OTC is primarily an information organization and provides information to its members on current rules and regulations, pending rules and regulations and proposed rules and regulations. 

Additionally, we attempt to keep our members up to date via the publication of a newsletter, special e-mail alerts and periodic meetings and gatherings of the industry.
